In this book, Swamiji Maharaj has made the men and women from the evil deeds being done by them knowingly or unknowingly, by making them realise their proper and improper duty and mentioning the ordains of the Shastras, what should be done and what is forbidden to do for them, and he has particularly emphasised to practise and follow the Indian ancient Sanatan culture. He has guided the way to always remain diligent and perform the virtuous deeds revealing the character of sin and virtues.
Basically, the teaching has been imparted here, about the observance of celibacy, regulated diet and recreation, the spirit of sacrifice, free from greed, scripture ordained conduct, the true householder’s life, and rooting out all desires. To read it and to practise the morals mentioned here, will be beneficial to our life certainly and this world as well as the next world will be shaped better and true pleasure and peace will be attained.
